Coco Desktop Pet respects your privacy. Its core companion, interaction, and chat features run locally on your device.
We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your name, contact information, device identifiers, location, chat content, usage history, or advertising data. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Your pet name, preferences, companion progress, interaction counts, and recent chat history are stored only on your device. You can reset local companion data in Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your card number, Apple Account password, or other payment credentials. Apple verifies entitlements, which can be restored using Restore Purchases.
On Mac, the app accesses a file only when you explicitly choose it for import or export. It does not scan other files.
The app does not collect personal data from children and contains no user-generated content, public social features, or targeted advertising.
If a future feature requires data collection, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before collecting such data and request consent where required.
